Your Challenge

• Implementation, support, documentation and further development of the global SWARCO network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Firewalls, …)
• Analysis and troubleshooting in the IT network area
• Support or independent implementation of challenging IT network projects (internal/external)
• Operation of stable and smooth of IT network infrastructure and compliance with internal SLAs
• Planning, implementation and further development of IT security standards in network environments
• Analysis, redesign and optimization of networks
• Creation of requirement profiles or specifications and coordination of external service providers
• Preparation and revision of system documentation

Your Profile

• Completed IT education (HTL, university, FH) or equivalent professional experience
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in the network area (routing/switching, WLAN)
• Know-how in dealing with Cisco components (ISE, WLC, ...) and Barracuda firewalls desirable
• Experience in project management and/or requirements engineering desirable
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or CCIE in the area of routing and switching are an advantage
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Open-mindedness towards new technologies and trends as well as solid analytical skills
• Strong customer- and service orientation
• High level of self-motivation, ability to work in a team, reliability and social competence
• High degree of solution and goal orientation with 'hands-on' mentality
